Account Creation And Set up

How do I join the Kiddo provider network and set up my account?

  1. After talking to one of our team members, you'll receive an email with a link to our electronic Partner Agreement.
  2. Once the agreement is signed, Kiddo will send you a data collection template, where you will enter your business profile and activity details.
  3. After the completed template is received by our team, we will load the information into your account.
  4. Kiddo will then send you an email invitation to the Kiddo Provider Portal, where you will need to create login credentials.
  5. Once your credentials are set, you will need to log into Kiddo to connect to our third party payment processor (i.e., Stripe). From the Provider Portal, click the Payments tab on the left, then click on the Connect with Stripe button. Follow the prompts to either create a new account with our third party payment processor or connect an existing account to the Kiddo platform. You will not be able to receive payouts until an account is connected to Kiddo.
  6. Review your pre-loaded business profile information, social media account, and location information (see: How do I maintain my business profile?). Please be sure to add a high-resolution image for your business profile. This image will be used to highlight your business in the Kiddo Marketplace.
  7. Review your pre-loaded activity listing information and add a high-resolution image for each activity (see: How do I maintain my activity profiles?). These images will be used to highlight the activity in the Kiddo Marketplace.
  8. Review the sessions pre-loaded for each activity and change the default price values (see: How do I maintain my activity sessions?). For new accounts all activities are defaulted to $0 until a payment account is connected to Kiddo.

Account Management

How do I log into the Provider Portal?

To access the Kiddo Provider Portal, go to providers.kiddo.us/login and enter your email and password.

How do I maintain my business profile?

You can keep your business information current through the Kiddo Provider Portal.

Visit the Business Info section to edit your business name, description, email, and website.

Ensure that your business profile includes a high-resolution logo. This logo will be displayed on the Kiddo Marketplace.

From the Business Social Media section, you can manage links to your public social media accounts. These links will appear in the Kiddo Marketplace.

From the Business Locations section, you can include locations for your business. These are important for creating any on-site activities, as you will be allowed to select from these locations.

How do I maintain my activity profiles?

  1. Log into the Kiddo Provider Portal (providers.kiddo.us/login).
  2. Go to the Activities tab.
  3. Click the + Add Activity button or the Duplicate button from an existing activity. Duplicated activities can serve as a template if the activity being added shares much of the same information.
  4. Click the Choose a file... button to upload a high-resolution image to include for the activity. This image will be displayed in the Kiddo Marketplace.
  5. Fill out the other form fields and click Save when complete.

You can always go back and modify this information in the future. To do so, click the Edit button for the activity on the Activities page.

How do I maintain my activity sessions?

You will need to maintain the sessions offered for your activities. Prospective families will be able to search for your activity sessions from the Kiddo Marketplace.

Activity sessions have a fixed date range, location and registration fee (for new accounts all activities are defaulted to $0 until a payment account is connected to Kiddo). To manage an activity's sessions:

  1. Log into the Kiddo Provider Portal (providers.kiddo.us/login).
  2. From the Activities section, view the activity details.
  3. Click the Add Session button or the Duplicate button from an existing session.
  4. Include session details, particularly the registration fee if the session includes one.
  5. Click the Save button when complete.

You can modify upcoming sessions by clicking the Edit button for the activity session.

How do I change my account email and password?

After you log into the Provider Portal, click on the Security tab. There you will be able to change your account email and password. If you change your account email, you will be sent a verification email to the new email address. All future logins will be tied to the new email address.
